Meditation Level 2 picks up where Level 1 leaves off. We will continue to explore Vipasana (Insight) Meditation at greater length, but our work will also include use of Binaural Beats and Isochronic Tones.
Guided Meditation (Lucid Dream) work will be a portion of our study. Students will leave with a greater understanding, purpose and confidence in their own ability to lead students of their own. Students will be expected to generate a Guided Meditation / Lucid Dream script.
Head phones are a requirement for this course.
